about me

I eat, dream and think about food all the time. I have been eating for 30 years and I am not planning on stopping any time soon. 

Like many Malaysians, my earliest recollections revolve around food. Tastes are part of my memories, and (for me at least) the glue that binds many relationships. My approach to food is no-holds-barred. I'll try everything at least once!

I firmly believe that to really  understand food, you have to cook. For me, cooking is an edible science with a little bit of whimsy - and I love to feed people!

I hope to be able to write out what I have eaten, both for the selfish aim to relive the good food I've tasted, and to hopefully lead someone else to try something they hadn't thought of eating before.
